MISSION
GET READY FOR EUROPE
Building Skills, Expanding Opportunities, and Uniting for a Stronger Future!
To prepare Ukraine for EU integration by investing in its people — both inside the country and across the diaspora in the EU.
We support Ukrainian communities by developing human capital and providing high-quality, tailorededucational programs that empower individuals to integrate professionally, socially, and civically intothe European space.
With over 5.4 million Ukrainians living in the EU and millions more at home seeking a European future, we aim to equip people with the knowledge, tools, and mindset to actively contribute to Ukraine’stransformation and integration into the European Union.
By strengthening capacity both within Ukraine and abroad, we contribute not only to individual successstories, but also to a united, forward-looking society ready to shape and sustain Ukraine’s place in Europe.
PROJECT
Get Ready for Europe
Building Skills, Expanding Opportunities, and Uniting for a Stronger Future!
The "Get Ready 4 EU" project envisions a future where Ukraine's integration into the European Union is not just a political achievement but a transformative journey that empowers its citizens, including refugees, to actively participate in the country's development.
Through this initiative, we aim to create a pathway that fosters the exchange of knowledge, skills, and opportunities, enabling individuals to contribute meaningfully to Ukraine's rebuilding process. By supporting Ukraine's path to EU membership, we are not only facilitating access to the EU’s resources and policies but also ensuring that those who have been displaced by conflict—refugees and returning citizens—can play a pivotal role in shaping Ukraine's future.
This vision focuses on leveraging the experiences, expertise, and resilience of Ukrainians who have gained international experience abroad, as well as those who have stayed in Ukraine, empowering them to drive sustainable development and lasting change within their communities. By equipping individuals with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed within the European framework, the "Get Ready 4 EU" project aims to help Ukraine build a prosperous, inclusive, and resilient society that is ready to take its place within the European Union.
Ultimately, we see a Ukraine that is not only united through its EU aspirations but also harnessing the potential of every citizen, regardless of their background or location, to contribute to a shared European future. Through collaboration, education, and opportunity, the "Get Ready 4 EU" project aims to create a lasting impact for Ukraine and beyond.
